Adopt An Artefact

The Colby-Curtis Museum is home to a very rich collection of over 100,000 works of art, artifacts, archival documents, photographs and old books.

Together, these objects present the many facets of the way of life of the inhabitants of the region. The Adopt an Artefact funding program supports the maintenance and development of this important collection. 

Your donation contributes to the following projects:

  • Purchase of equipment and materials for maintenance and conservation
  • Development of public access to the collection and digitization of objects
  • Improvement of knowledge about the collection
  • Support for the training of the next generation in museology

With each adoption, you will receive an entry ticket to our Gala, which will be held on Saturday September 14th, 2024, at the Museum. Items of a value of 250$ and over are eligible for 2 entry tickets.
