The Bélanger-Gardner Fund, established by the late Université de Montréal
Professor Gérard Gardner, Ph.D., supports projects pertaining to the Eastern
Townships. The Bélanger-Gardner Foundation provides grants to individuals,
groups, or associations for projects on topics related to the Eastern Townships.

Community Development Fund (CDF) or sponsorships is a powerful tool, unique to Desjardins. Investments made by the fund are essential for launching many community and neighborhood projects. The Hay Foundation is a non-profit organization established by Louise Hay that encourages and financially supports diverse organizations which supply food, shelter, counseling, hospice care and money to those in need.

The Hewitt Foundation is a private Canadian foundation established in 2017 following the sale of Hewitt Equipment Limited and Atlantic Tractors & Equipment. Jim Hewitt, and the Hewitt family, had a desire to continue its legacy of giving back to the communities around them which led them to establish one of Canada’s largest private charitable foundations.

In collaboration with organizations throughout Québec, we strive to create positive and lasting change in the environmental, economic and social spheres. Our Social Responsibility Directive prioritizes three social issues—sustainable development, the vitality of Québec’s regions and social inclusion.

The Operating Support Program for Museum Institutions aims to provide assistance in order to:

• maintain the accessibility of museum institutions;
• preserve the quality of the museum offering across the territory;
• contribute to the financial sustainability of museum institutions.

The Philip and Judith Webster Foundation is a private foundation committed to supporting cultural and educational organizations in Quebec.

Founded in 2004 by Pierre R. Desmarais, the Pierre Desmarais Belvédère Foundation's mission is to promote and financially support excellence in the arts and culture in Canada. Active in the Montreal and Quebec cultural scene, it has supported organizations such as the Festival de Lanaudière, the Théâtre du Rideau Vert, and the Conseil des arts de Montréal.
